THE PERFECT PLACE FOR STORAGE

The ideal place for storing fruits is a well-ventilated, cool facility, protected from rodents and other small pests. Therefore, the production storage chambers are most often located underground, where temperature regime is maintained of 1 to 4 degrees in Celsius, with an ideal moisture of about 80%, but it is important to prevent fruits from freezing. Otherwise, they will lose all their vitamin-rich features, as well as good taste and smell.

Cleanliness of the premises is the most important, the storage location must be disinfected, and all fruits are thoroughly washed and dried.
